I was just going to post one Manson album (Holy Wood) but then I just said “Fuck it, they need to hear everything.” So here you go, EVERY good Marilyn Manson album. If you told me that I was going to be a fan of Marilyn Manson a year ago I would have laughed at you and said something like “Manson?…ehhh isn’t he like trying to be the devil or something so he can get attention..geez that guy is weird.” But since then I’ve become to appreciate his art…I say art because he’s actually one of the last TRUE music artists around. Visually, musically, lyrically- just EVERYTHING this guy does is art. He really represents what it means to be a true individual and I respect him for that.
On a related note I’d like to point out that Lady Gaga is trying very hard to be the female Marilyn Manson. Ok, sure, she’s an artist herself, but she STOLE Manson’s style completely. Don’t even get me started on the stupid costumes and videos.
My favorite album of his has to be Mechanical Animals. I can just play that one all the way through and never get sick of it. Another one I really recommend is his live CD “The Last Tour on Earth” I like to lay back, close my eyes, and pretend I’m there. First I started to only like a few of his songs, and now I’m pretty much obsessed. Hopefully you’ll do the same and eventually convert to the dark side MuHAHAHAHHAHAH! lol.

haha Gaga is such a rich daddy’s girl and I don’t see any message in her songs/videos. It’s all just pretty and “shocking” without any real purpose. Sings pretty well live though.
and hells yeah! Rock Is Dead is one of my favs cuz it has that “god is in the TV” line.
